About Pedra Norte

We are a team of three partners with one simple principle: say what we will do, and do what we said.
Pedra Norte started from a wish to do renovation work differently: with planning, clear prices and honest communication. The name joins stone (pedra), the material that lasts, with north (norte), the direction that guides us.
We work on renovations and finishes for apartments and houses, for homeowners and investors. We coordinate every trade and keep one point of contact with you throughout the work.
Before we start, we agree the quote by phase, the materials and the schedule in writing. During the work, we give regular updates. At the end, we inspect the result together and only consider the job finished when it is as agreed.
