The controller of personal data collected on this website is HomeCraft Lda, owner of the Pedra Norte brand, with registered office at Rua das Praças 53, 3° esq, 1200-766 Lisboa. You can contact us at geral@pedranorte.eu.

Data collected and purpose

Through the quote request form we collect your name, email and, if provided, phone number, type of work and message. We use this data solely to reply to your request and prepare a proposal.

The legal basis is your consent and pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

Retention and sharing

We keep the data only for as long as needed to reply to your request and, if a contract follows, for the applicable legal periods. We do not sell or share data with third parties.

The form is sent using the Postmark transactional email service, which acts as a processor.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to, rectification, erasure or portability of your data, object to processing or withdraw consent by writing to geral@pedranorte.eu.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
